Poem (Haiku) for my daughter’s (Nina) birthday on 14 December, 2006

 14 December, 2006

                                      The Daughter

                      Nina magnificently smiles
And drips her warmth all around
                      Like laughter it resonates.

                      Standing firm, then moves
                      Meeting Sunjay and Sunir
                      Melding husband and sibling

                      March of Time leaves footprints
                      Banks of Memories abound
                      Happy Birthday, 2006 December 14
