That week is coming ! ”  Virtual ” Canada Day !   Salute !

It is that time when  the whole world is going nuts over racism . There are protests galore all over the world – mostly the democratic  world .   How can  a police constable – who is a custodian of law can be so cruel when he confronts  a colored person?

Here in Canada , yes there is systemic racism – that has been agreed by   many of our distinguished political and business  leaders .  Yes , many times we wonder  what is happening and by and large we are proud to be Canadian.  A  welcoming country which is a beacon for  warmth and care.

None  of  us  want to be excluded !

I  am  not  white-  so  what ?   I am  openly  proud to be  part of the Canadian  milieu  and I sing praises for my Canada since many years – with joy  and pride. 

Many of you have given me encouragement over  the years for my community work as well as  my writings  and Canada Poems .  You did not look at my ethnicity, my height,  my weight  or  my  handicap . You did not care who  I  pray  to  nor  about my hair. 

Yes, you do care that I remain humble ,  compassionate and caring like all  Canadians  should be.  We want our police forces, our justice system and our citizens to show genuine  compassion and caring.

Our Canada  a  healing  balm for the world  and a shining beacon  for caring for each and every citizen.   We need you.     O! Canada.   

We  celebrate  Canada Day 2020  Day on Wednesday  01 July  with  loyalty and care  in  our heart and with pride and joy.  

Enjoy  your celebratory barbeque and  ” virtual ” social hugs and cheers.
