Bon Voyage to our friends Paramjit, Amar Arneja

Dear Friends,

Time has come to say Bon Voyage to our friends Paramjit, Amar Arneja and their family.  They are moving to Guelph. Though geographically far from here but again they are not that far away.  Guelph is only about ½ hour by car from Toronto. We can visit them when we go to Toronto.

Arnejas have been our friends and we have always enjoyed their company. As they are a bit on the quiet side, I have found them, at times, complex to understand. I have discovered valuable lessons learnt when crossing their path in this journey of life.

So I have made up a Top Ten list to describe how I see them and hope that these will describe the Arnejas.

Those of who know Arnejas know that they are focused in life and know what they want. They know the meaning of quality and planning.  My top ten observations are:

No 10- they do not toot their trumpet and do their things in a quiet mature way.

No. 9 - they are relaxed, unpretentious and not political in their dealings with friends.

No.8  - they are entrepreneurial and risk takers.

No.7  - they are focused and know what they want from life.

No. 6 - they are witty, sharp and have twinkle in their eyes.

No. 5 - they are compassionate and warm though in a quiet way

No. 4 - At least Amar knows how to play Bridge.

No. 3 - they participate in our social and religious gatherings with warm hearts.

No. 2 - they know when to get off the “Rat Race”, relax and enjoy the family, friends

             and simple things in life.

No. 1 - they love their sons immensely.

Amar & Parmjit, you will get down to basics and focus on the truly important things in life and look towards the future with faith not fear. An important phase in your life is at hand and the Sweeping changes will occur.
 
I would like to wish Arnejas best of everything from Jackie, our family and myself.
